Working from home or not, you may have to discuss confidential business with suppliers, customers etc. Make sure you have a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) signed by all parties. Email conversation or verbal approval over the phone is not deemed sufficient.

You don’t have to meet someone in person to make use of the NDA. Any form of communication (Webex, Skype, etc.) can touch on confidential matters.
